Minerva Productions is the independent production company of New Zealand-based writer/director/producer Rebecca Tansley.

 

Rebecca’s experience spans many forms of storytelling, from publishing and online media to television and film. She has previously worked as a documentary researcher, script editor, journalist, copywriter, creative director and content producer. 

 

Driven by a deep interest in what makes us human, as a filmmaker she draws on real-life subjects to creatively explore issues that resonate with people through compelling stories.

Rebecca has a Master of Arts (Hons) in Italian from the University of Auckland and two postgraduate diplomas, in film production and in law.
